Shipping


We can ship to virtually any address in the world.
IMPORTANT:  Note that there may be manufacturer restrictions on international shipping for some products.  Those products can not be shipped to international destinations.

It is our goal to make free shipping option available to our customers whenever possible.  Within the US, we utilize USPS Priority, First Class, Media Mail and Standard Parcel Post services that sually take 2-10 days to deliver, depending on the purchased item(s) and shipping service used.  Internationally, we utilize standard shipping services that usually take 2-4 weeks to deliver.  The shipping service selection is at our sole discretion.

For faster service, customers can select USPS Express in the US and USPS Priority and Express services internationally.  Those services are not available free of charge.

 

Return Policy

1.  We must be notified of the return within 7 days of your receipt of the product.

2.  Items must be returned in the original as shipped condition, with a copy of the packing slip. Boxed and packaged items must not be opened. Items that were opened, without a tag, played with or otherwise not in the original condition will not be refunded.  We only ship brand new merchandise and will not re-sell returned items that have been used or opened.  Our goal is to have the same shopping experience for all customers and receive brand new merchandise only.  Returned items that have been used or opened will NOT be refunded.


3.  Only the cost of the item will be refunded.  The shipping cost will not be refunded.


4.  All returns due to invalid shipping address will be re-sent if requested but the customer is responsible for shipping charges.


5.  Returns due to the following reasons:  No longer Wanted/Needed, Accidental Order are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.


6.  Our goal is to ship right away once the order is received.   Given the quick turnaround, if you decide to cancel the order, cancellations will be granted only if the order has not been processed.


7.  If you received a damaged item or wrong item due to our error we will ship a replacement as soon as possible and provide a pre-paid return label to ship the wrong item back to us.


8. Many of the products that are sold on this Web Site come with a manufacturer’s warranty. For additional information on the manufacturer’s warranty for a specific product, contact the manufacturer directly.
